So yesterday, I met with my first year assistant and we got to know each other a little bit. She is really lovely and also very attentive/supportive of my idea and she understands my concept. I showed her some posts on my workbook and a few visual references of what I was trying to achieve, and she said she is more than willing to pitch in her ideas and thoughts or anything she likes/dislikes. It’s important for me that she enjoys the process and feels involved and considered, as opposed to just helping out. Hopefully we communicate well over the next few weeks and co-operate with one another. Looking forward to it!
