I curated a mood board of some angles and poses that I would like to play around with in the studio with my artist and that I feel would fit her look and energy. My artist is quite a confident woman and I would like to see her in a relaxed and empowered state just like the ladies in the images above. I love how delicate and subtle their body language is and how their facial expressions are extremely nonchalant yet still intriguing and inviting. I also like the minimal use of props in a few of these images and how they just add an edge to the shoot rather than overpowering the set and the models. The balance is just right.
