REPORT PLANNING

Planning the report should be simple and broken down into questions and categories so that you can structure it clearly and link your writing together smoothly.
Separate your topics for the plan and note down your responses.

LONG TERM PLAN STRATEGY:
5 year period – what are your aims? what do you hope to achieve in the next 5 years?
what will you have achieved at university by the time you graduate?
Think about what photographic profession you are interested in and where you want your career to be headed. Consider which field you are most passionate about as well as the fields you have explored/currently exploring and how you can gain more experience in these particular fields to further your knowledge and skills.
What have you researched thus far and how have you put any of your inspiration and ideas into practice?
Talk about your preferences, would you like to be freelance?
what are your skills?
Think about your strengths and weaknesses and how you can overcome any obstacles you may face in the future. Are you able to convert any of your weaknesses into strengths? How can you develop the skills you have whilst gaining new ones?
Make sure to acknowledge any personal challenges you may run into, any doubts or fears? be honest.
Professional experience or lack thereof, explain how you will gain your experience and what you will do to ensure you are constantly progressing.
Expand on how you will build a portfolio and how university will aid in the process of this. What resources are you using to help you out? how are you making the most of your opportunities?
Research more into legal and funding matters, how will you fund your business?
Where will you get work? Look into what it takes to be a freelance photographer and what you need to invest for a successful outcome. Figure out how you will protect your earnings and manage them accordingly.
