This next project idea is inspired by my love for the zodiac signs and their individual characters and supposed traits. I love personality so it’s fun to assign these two themes with one another knowing they already have a lot in common.
I wondered how I could elevate my images to AJS’ level using colour and co-ordination through my backdrop choices, lighting techniques and clues to lead the audiences attention to the theme of this series. I would have to experiment wisely and efficiently with lighting and settle for something that brings a joyful brightness to these photos (in comparison to the final photos for TO MASTER) and how the colour boost can compliment the essence of the shoot as opposed to completely dominating it.
I love that there is so much information available on this particular topic as it means I am being educated on a subject more intensively as the process goes on; “we are nothing, if not learners of the universe.”
