More often than not, photographers of my age group would probably be drawn to taking images that relate to a more modern world and a lifestyle that they are used to. However, I admire Jim Grover for taking us back to people’s roots and uncovering another world that we don’t always get to see and a rawness that the younger audience can actually be inspired by. There is an essence of innocence and true happiness in his photographs and and the snapshots of such a natural energy between relationships and people really reminds us why photograph’s that tell a story are so important.
